Lake Lodge Cabins

Pretty expensive (esp considering no fridge or microwave) but worth it to be in the middle of Yellowstone. We had a terrible mosquito problem the first night but we cleared it ourselves and barricaded the windows, so no more for the rest of our stay. The common lodge was pretty cozy and the cafeteria food was...what I'd expect, I suppose. Still, I'd recommend using this an as HQ as you explore the rest of the park. Oh and I strongly encourage you to walk out toward the nearby lake at night and at dawn - the stars and sunrise, respectively, are stunning.

Clean adequate rooms with comfortable beds & linens. Expensive but everywhere in park is. When asked for specific service, prompt service accomplished. Food choices limited, but tasted great. Great location for many tours and park visits.

Our cabin was very nice. Recently updated. Extremely clean. Bed was very comfortable, shower was large with good water pressure. Loved being able to sit on the back porch in the evening and relax after a long day of exploring the park. We stayed in the cabins closest to the main lodge; we were able to walk down and see the elk in the meadow in front of the main lodge; got some lovely photos at sunset. Super convenient to be able to park right in front of our cabin. By far, this was my favorite place of all the places we've stayed in Yellowstone.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lake Lodge Cabins. The cabins are surprisingly spacious, clean, and comfortable — a great place to relax after a day of exploring Yellowstone. The rustic charm fits the setting perfectly, and the location near Yellowstone Lake is beautiful and convenient for accessing different areas of the park. The only downside is that the cabins don’t have a fridge or microwave, which can be a bit inconvenient, especially if you're bringing your own food or snacks. Still, we found it manageable and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a Western Cabin at Lake. The cabin was very cute & clean. The beds were firm but comfortable. Our cabin didn't have a hair dryer so if you need to dry your hair after a shower, bring your own. Staff was friendly & helpful. I really think the rooms need a mini fridge & microwave. The restaurants had limited service during our visit and they are EXPENSIVE. There is no place to store leftovers. I think for over $250+ per night a fridge isn't too much to ask. But overall, I enjoyed our stay alot.

It depends what you are looking for. Tje cabins are large ours had 2 king size beds. The cabins do not have WiFi or tv. We came at the end of season and was thankful for the cabin having heating as the temperatures dropped of an evening. Lovely location fantastic views and lots to see in close proximity

We stayed at Lake Lodge Cabins our first night in Yellowstone. I wish we had booked later in our trip so we could really enjoy the space with more time there. We arrived late and left in the morning. It is beautiful, clean, right on the lake, and we slept peacefully. The community area in the lodge is beautiful. People were sitting in the rocking chairs, enjoying the evening view. I will definitely come back with my family.

Stayed three nights in two queens bedroom. It’s comfortable and clean with functionally well designed interiors. Easy access to Yellowstone lake to watch sunrise or sit in the front porch to enjoy some deers walking around the cabins. As we are hiking outside most of the time, the comfortable stays really helped recharge for next day hikes.
